Mid-South Team Heads to Richmond

Twenty athletes from Mid-South Fencers’ Club will travel to Richmond, VA this weekend for the April NAC (North American Cup). The Ryder Cup Story

This fall Mid-South hosted one of the first USA Fencing RJCC (Regional Junior Cadet Circuit) events in our region, we called it, The Ryder Cup. US Fencing Development Status Check

On Labor Day weekend, thirty-four participants, spanning three generations of fencers aged 11 to 84, gathered to explore saber fencing. Our topics included what’s changing, what patterns are being recognized, and what work needs to be done in order to best arm our next generation of fencers. Sunday, September 7th, Mid-South Fencers Club joined fencers around the world by participating in a world wide #fencingmob.  USA Fencing, in association with the Italian Fencing Federation, set aside September 7th as an opportunity to promote the sport. Youth-12 Fencers Lead in National Standings
