Summer Camps

2012 Camp Schedule

Our camps are arranged according to level as well as age.  New fencers are encouraged to review our levels and descriptions.  Beginner level camps are held both onsite at Mid-South Fencers’ Club, and offsite at a variety of locations.

 

Summer Camps at our Durham Location:

Beginner Camps – (1 week quick intro to the sport.  Equipment included.)

  • Beginner Camp I, June 11-15, Morning Camp (9am until Noon) Ages 8-12: $160
  • Beginner Camp II, June 11-15 Afternoon Camp (1pm until 4pm) Ages 9-14: $160
  • Beginner Camp III, July 23-27 Afternoon Camp (1pm until 4pm)  Ages 8-14: $160
  • Beginner Camp IV, July 30-August 3 Morning Camp (9am until Noon)  Ages 6-9: $160

Intermediate Camp – (Open to Level II through advanced fencers)

  • Intermediate Summer Training Camp, June 25-29  FULL DAY Camp (9am until 4pm)  Rising 3rd through 9th grade. $275 non-members, $250 members.

Advanced Camps – (Open to Level II through advanced fencers)

  • Pre-Nationals Camp, June 25-27  FULL DAY Camp (9am until 4pm)  Rising 3rd grade through adult. $175 non-members, $150 members.
  • Competitive Summer Training Camp, August 6-10 FULL DAY (9am until 4pm) Rising 5th grade through adult with at least one year competitive experience.  $400 non-members, $350 members.   Out of town home stay options available.
